Project Scope
1. Drip Irrigation System & Solar Pump
Installation of drip irrigation systems powered by solar pumps to optimize water use
and maximize yields. Cost: $16,000
2. Hybrid Seeds and Fertilizers (Two Seasons) Supply of high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and crop chemicals to ensure successful
harvests over two planting seasons. Cost: $8,000
3. Farmer Training & Capacity Building Extensive on-site and bi-weekly training covering irrigation techniques, crop management,
pest control, and fertilization best practices.
Cost: $16,000
4. Seasonal Planning and Inputs Development of seasonal crop plans, assistance with seed and input selection, and
monitoring crop performance. Cost: $7,000
5. Miscellaneous Costs Covers training materials, unexpected project expenses, and additional support
resources.
